Eligibility Criteria to apply for UPSC CDS Exams

Age Criteria for UPSC CDS I 2015 ExamsFor Indian Military Academy & Indian Naval Academy, unmarried male candidates should not born earlier than 02-01-1992 and later than 01-01-1997. For Air Force Academy, unmarried male candidates should not born earlier than 02-01-1992 and later than 01-01-1996. For Officers Training Academy (Men), unmarried male candidates should not born earlier than 02-01-1991 and later than 01-01-1997 & for Officers Training Academy (Women) unmarried female candidates should not born earlier than 02-01-1991 and later than 01-01-1997.

Educational Qualification required for UPSC CDS ExamsFor IMA & Officers Training Academy posts candidates should have degree from a recognized University, for Air Force Academy candidates should have degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering and for Indian Naval Academy candidates should have degree in Engineering.

Application Fee for UPSC CDS ExamsGeneral and OBC category candidates have to pay Rs.200/- only as application fee either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash or through net banking of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. There is no application fee for SC/ST/Female candidates as they are exempted from payment of application fee.
