CDS known as Combined Defence Services is an entrance exam for the selection into Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Indian Air force Academy and Officers' Training Academy.
: For Indian Military Academy the age limit is 19-24 years, for Indian Naval Academy the age limit is 19-22 years and for Officers' Training Academy the age limit is 19-25 years.
The CDS examination comprises written examination and Interview for intelligence and personality test. The maximum marks allotted to the written examination will be 300, 300, 300 and 200 each for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers' Training Academy respectively as below.
